Consideration for an award is a big honor. Actually winning? Huge achievement. That's exactly what the Chevrolet Bolt EV has done. It's been named the 2017 North American Car of the Year. Soon, you'll be able to electrify the Joliette roads in the electric vehicle that offers you the most.
The North American Car & Truck of the Year (NACTOY) group consists of 60 professional automotive journalists from the United States and Canada. Every year, they evaluate a number of new vehicles, and determined that the Bolt EV is superior.
EV technology in the Bolt takes you 383 kilometers on one charge. That means you can do your daily drive, with plenty of power left over. Whether you plug into charge every day, or even every couple of days, it only takes nine and a half hours for a full charge.
There's plenty of interior technology, too. Like the interactive, standard 259 millimeter built in display on which you can access vital vehicle information, navigation, your favorite music, and contacts. Throw in Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and you'll be the tech master anywhere you drive.
